Employee Welfare

AGPL boasts of employee friendly compensation and benefit plans, well ventilated work stations, strong security team, clean and hygienic environment, provision of well kept rest rooms and drinking water facility. A homely crèche with a caring caretaker has been set up for the toddlers of our employees. A spacious and well ventilated dining hall is provided to enjoy the lunch time. Hostel facility is provided for non local employees.

All work and no play lead to stress. To boost the enthusiasm of our employees, we frequently organize fun filled events and celebrations. We also encourage them to spend some lighter moments with their co-workers by engaging in indoor games and sports.

Traning

We foster a learning culture to aid the growth and development of our employees. Training programs are organized to hone their technical skills and soft skills. Several programs are also organized to increase the general awareness among employees.
